David Nguyen

David Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and customer service management, currently serving as Senior Director at Lumen Technologies since November 2020 and previously as Director of Service Delivery at CenturyLink since November 2017. David's career includes a long tenure at Level 3 Communications, where various roles encompassed Director of Customer Service, Senior Manager of Customer Service, and Program Manager, among others. Earlier positions included Contract Sales Manager at AOL and Implementation Manager for Corporate Sales at CompUSA. David holds an Associate's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from The Way College of Biblical Research, complemented by a foundational education from Robert E. Lee High School, completing studies in 1992.
