Jeff Metzger

Jeff Metzger is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in network operations and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Operations Engineer at Lumen Technologies since July 2021, Jeff previously held the position of Lead Operations Engineer at the same company. Prior to that, Jeff worked at Ongoing Operations, LLC as a Level 3 Network Engineer, and at AT&T as a Senior Technical Consulting Engineer. Additional experience includes a role as a Network Engineer at JDSU and an IT Specialist - Network at IBM. Jeff holds a degree from Texas A&M University.
