Joseph Gance

Joseph Gance is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and solution architecture. Currently serving as Sr. Manager at Lumen Technologies since 2012, Joseph has effectively managed teams of up to 60 individuals, achieving a significant reduction in SLA misses. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Strategic Analytics and Business Intelligence at First Data Corporation, where Joseph oversaw substantial budgets and led international teams in diverse locations. At EchoStar Corporation, Joseph held the position of Sr. Manager of Information Technology, managing a considerable budget and directing a global team of 72 to enhance information services. Joseph holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics-Computer Science and Geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines.
