Ryan Abualsamh

Ryan Abualsamh, Ph.D., MBA, CCXP, currently works as an Innovation Service Design professional at Lumen Technologies, a position held since November 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Global Cards Solution Member Experience Manager at UNFCU from May 2023 to October 2024, and as a SaaS Customer Experience Designer at LinkedIn in 2022. Additionally, Ryan contributed as a CX Consultant at McorpCX from September 2019 to December 2022 and co-founded Orbis SEA while also advising the organization from January 2018 to January 2022. Earlier roles include account management and strategic planning at Leo Burnett and in communications, as well as account planning at Ogilvy. Ryan holds a PhD in Marketing, Consumer Behavior from The University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA in Marketing from Temple University.
