Sabrina Gentry

Sabrina Gentry has over two decades of experience in telecommunications sales and service delivery. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Service Delivery at Lumen Technologies since December 2018, Sabrina has also held the position of Business Development Manager. Prior experience at CenturyLink spanned from 1999 to 2022, where roles included Sales Director and Area Sales Manager, leading consumer and small business telecommunication sales initiatives across various channels. Additional responsibilities included managing telesales operations as Call Center Manager for the National Help Desk, leading an award-winning sales team as Sales Manager, and overseeing operational aspects of the consumer sales center as Call Center Operations Manager. Sabrina's expertise encompasses customer service, team leadership, and strategic marketing within both English and Spanish contexts.
