Steven Herod is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business process innovation and strategic operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Mass Markets Finance & Network Planning at Lumen Technologies, Steven has effectively managed leadership initiatives and communication strategies since November 2019. Prior to this role, Steven led several digital strategy initiatives at both Lumen Technologies and CenturyLink, enhancing sales processes and operational efficiencies. With nearly two decades of experience in various sales and operational roles across notable companies such as Cingular Wireless and BellSouth Mobility, Steven possesses a robust skill set in project management, process development, and organizational strategy. Steven holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Palo Alto University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rollins College.
