Tim Acker serves as the Vice President & Channel Chief at Lumen Technologies, leading Field & Inside Channel Sales teams and the Advanced Solutions Consulting group. Prior experience includes founding Acknowledge Solutions, where Tim developed B2B consulting services to enhance market success for technology and business entities. Tim also held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at NINJIO Cybersecurity Awareness Training, overseeing revenue functions and innovative training solutions. As the first Channel Chief at T-Mobile, Tim was instrumental in rejuvenating the indirect business and developing a strategic partner ecosystem for B2B initiatives. Earlier in the career at SYNNEX, Tim held the role of Vice President, driving sales and marketing in enterprise mobility and IoT. Tim Acker's academic credentials include a Post Graduate Study in Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and an MBA from Capella University.
