Gershon Silva

Gershon Silva started their work experience as an Installer at Exclusive Floors in November 2016, where they were responsible for installing various types of flooring, repairing broken flooring, and maintaining customer relationships. In November 2017, they transitioned to a role as a Warehouse Supervisor, managing a night shift team and overseeing daily closing tasks, pallet assembly, and employee task completion. Gershon'stime at Exclusive Floors taught him how to effectively manage people and create a productive work environment. In September 2018, Gershon joined the BCIT Marketing Association as the Director of Corporate Relations, a role they held until May 2020. Gershon then worked as a Sales Development Representative at Baseline Processing from May 2021 to March 2022. Currently, Gershon is employed as a Business Development Representative at Lumen5 starting from March 2022.

Gershon Silva completed a degree in Marketing Management with a focus on Marketing Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In addition to their formal education, Gershon obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy in March 2022, Inbound Sales from HubSpot in August 2020, and Email Marketing from HubSpot in March 2020.
