Melissa Duffley

Melissa Duffley has a diverse work experience. Most recently, they worked at Lumen5 as an Enterprise Account Executive starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive at Hootsuite from December 2020 to March 2022. From October 2012 to December 2020, Melissa worked at EF Educational Tours as a Mid-Market Account Executive, achieving top performance awards. Melissa also worked at ePACT Network Ltd. as an Account Executive for a brief period in 2020 and at Communication Studies Student Association as the President from 2010 to 2011. Melissa gained experience in promotions and event setup at York University and as a Morning Show Intern at Z103.5 and 88.5 the Jewel, Evanov Radio Group. Melissa started their career at Xstrata Copper as a Fixed Plant Maintenance Clerk and had a brief stint in Public and Corporate Affairs at De Beers Victor Mine.

Melissa Duffley obtained an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from York University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Melissa has obtained various certifications. These include the Lumen5 Essentials Certification from Lumen5 in March 2022, the 2021 ValueSelling Framework Certified from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. in May 2021, the Social Marketing Certification and the Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in January 2021 and December 2020 respectively, the Social Selling Certification from Hootsuite in December 2020, and the Social Media Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in March 2022.
