Caitlin Bahrey has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Communications Intern at KMR Communications, where they assisted Account Executives with preparing send outs and creating mock-ups, collected and organized material with client products, and set up B-Roll footage for clients. Caitlin then served as an Editorial Intern at The L Magazine in 2009, followed by a Product Development Coordinator at McGraw-Hill Education from 2012 to 2016, where they co-created a work group/Spark page to streamline Coordinator workflow and a Coordinator Wiki/Spark page. In 2016, they took on the role of Artist Relations and Community Manager at Headliner.io, where they managed all acquisition, educational development and retainment within the Headliner artist community, delivered platform content strategies, and acted as the first point of contact for both Headliner artists and bookers. In 2019, Caitlin became a Community Manager at Night Zookeeper, where they were the head writer of all marketing newsletters for subscribers, leads, cancelled subscribers, Superfans, and affiliates, wrote daily promotional emails, and created onboarding email campaigns. Currently, they are the Content & Community Manager at Lumenate, a role they have held since 2022.
Caitlin Bahrey received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Sarah Lawrence College in 2012, where they studied Creative Writing (both Poetry and Fiction) and Literature. Caitlin then went on to receive their Master of Arts (MA) from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2016, where they studied Creative Writing. In June 2021, they obtained an Email Marketing certification from HubSpot.
