Tom V Slawik

Safety, Regulatory and Facility Manager at Lumencor

Tom V Slawik has worked for several companies since 2000. Tom V began their career at Intel as a Revenue Product Engineering Manager. In 2005, they were promoted to Product Ecology Manager, where they cleaned up RoHS documentation process, led China RoHS, REACH testing and DecaBDE risk analyses for server systems. Tom V also generated training material outlining all ecological initiatives, how they impact Intel, and developed how-tos to help engineers keep products compliant. In 2012, they moved to System Development, Product Ecology and Export Compliance, where they drove RoHS and RoHS CE test strategy and data process for servers. From 2014 to 2018, Tom worked at Arcadis as a Scientist, Senior Electrical Engineer, Regulatory, Product Stewardship. During this time, they drove RoHS2 implementation at a major medical company in California, prepared the company for REACH and California Prop 65 compliance, and established Ecology, Product Stewardship processes for the company portfolio. In 2019, Tom joined Lumencor, Inc. as Safety, Regulatory and Facility Manager and Product Compliance Engineer.

Tom V Slawik obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University. From 1995 to 2012, they attended Intel University and studied Engineering. In 2013, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University.
