Johanna Pajala

Johanna Pajala is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Global Senior Brand Manager at LUMENE Oy since January 2015. In this role, Johanna has successfully managed various new product development projects from concept design to launch and has overseen a portfolio of LUMENE’s most strategic and iconic product lines. Previously, as the Interim Global Head of Category for Skincare, Johanna led the skincare NPD team, driving long-term commercial success for the category. Earlier positions include Global Brand Manager and Project Coordinator, where Johanna was responsible for planning and sourcing point-of-sales marketing materials and collaborating with teams for effective product launches. Johanna began their career as a trainee at Mainostoimisto Dynastia Oy and Ab Petter & Holm Oy. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Marketing from Turku School of Economics and an exchange program at ESSEC Business School.
