Ruz Malakuti

Ruz Malakuti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and strategic management across several high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience & Strategy at Lumenis since November 2021, Ruz has a strong background in leading support operations, most notably as Director of Americas Support Contact Centers at Agilent Technologies. Previous roles include Group Manager of Research and Analytics at Intuit, where leadership of data analysis teams enhanced operational and product outcomes, and Senior Manager of AppleCare Strategic Quality and Program Management at Apple, overseeing quality standards for customer interactions.
