Sharon Waschitz

Sharon Waschitz is an experienced professional in engineering and operations, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Global Engineering & Technology at Lumenis since May 2020. Prior roles include VP of Operations at ENvizion Medical, where responsibilities involved establishing global operations and supply chain management, and Director of Engineering at Medinol, managing multidisciplinary teams and leading significant manufacturing projects in the far east. Sharon's earlier experience includes a Senior Project Manager position at HP, overseeing major production line projects, and a research and development role at the Weizmann Institute of Science focused on semiconductors. Sharon holds a Master's degree in Safety Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
