Nelly Bertilsson

Nelly Bertilsson is an experienced professional who has held various roles throughout their career. Nelly began their career as an HR intern at an undisclosed company in February 2018 and served in that role until August 2018. Following their internship, they joined Nexer Group in August 2018 as a Tech Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including searching for candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Nelly worked closely with clients to understand their requirements and communicate effectively throughout the process. After serving as a Tech Recruiter for over two years, they were promoted to the role of Consultant Manager in February 2020. In this position, they supervised a team of IT support and infrastructure consultants, providing coaching and support to ensure their development and satisfaction in the company. Nelly continued in this role until January 2022 when they were promoted again, this time to the position of Senior Consultant Manager. As a Senior Consultant Manager, Nelly had personnel responsibilities for a group of IT support and infrastructure consultants and focused on coaching and supporting the team. Finally, in February 2023, Nelly joined LumenRadio as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Nelly Bertilsson completed their education at the Polhemskolan, where they pursued a social science programme, specifically in the field of Samhällsvetenskap. Nelly attended this school from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they enrolled at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics with a focus on Management. Nelly completed their studies at the university from 2015 to 2018.
