Brandon Pate

Brandon Pate currently serves as Vice President at both Lument and Hunt Real Estate Capital, positions held since September 2018. Prior to these roles, Brandon worked at Capital One from August 2011 to August 2018, where responsibilities included senior and production analyst tasks, such as loan calculations, financial statement analysis, and assisting in Fannie Mae underwriting. Earlier experience includes internships at BancorpSouth, where Brandon processed transactions and assisted corporate clients, and a project assistance role at Pate & Co., Inc, which involved supporting project management and overseeing operations. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earned between 2010 and 2012.
