Throughout their career, Chad has held various leadership roles at reputable companies such as Hunt Real Estate Capital, Capital One Multifamily Finance, Beech Street Capital, and Berkadia. CHAD THOMAS started their career as a Real Estate Analyst at Collateral Mortgage Capital and worked their way up to the position of Vice President. Chad holds a degree in Finance with a focus on Investment/Institutional Finance and Commercial Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
