Donicio Tijerina has extensive experience in loan operations and client services, currently holding the position of Director of Loan Operations at Lument since December 2015. Prior roles at Lument include Associate Director of Loan Operations - Servicing and VP of Client Services. Before joining Lument, Donicio served as Vice President of Client Services at ORIX REAL ESTATE CAPITAL, INC., and held positions at RED CAPITAL GROUP and ORIX Corporation USA. Prior to entering the financial sector, Donicio worked at Republic Services Inc. as a Commercial Operational Supervisor and gained experience in various supervisory roles at United Supermarkets, where advancement led to the role of Grocery Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a Management degree from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, and a Management degree from Amarillo College.
