Eric Sengpiel

Eric Sengpiel has a diverse work experience in finance and real estate. Eric started their career in 2006 as a Research/Graduate Assistant at Indiana University, where they worked until 2008. Eric then joined PNC as an Analyst from 2008 to 2010. Following their time at PNC, Eric worked at Bank of America as a Portfolio Officer/AVP from 2010 to 2014. Currently, they are serving as a Director at Lument, a nationally recognized leader in multifamily and seniors housing finance. In this role, Eric is responsible for delivering a comprehensive set of capital solutions customized for investors in various real estate asset types.

Eric Sengpiel earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Economics from the University of the Pacific, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2006 to 2008.
