Josh Land

Josh Land serves as Managing Director at Lument, a national leader in commercial real estate finance, since October 2020, after holding the position of Director within the same company. Prior to Lument's formation through the merger of RED Capital Group, Hunt Real Estate Capital, and Lancaster Pollard, Josh Land worked as Director at RED Capital Group from October 2007 to October 2020. Earlier in career, Josh Land gained experience as a Commercial Real Estate Associate at SunTrust from August 2006 to August 2007. Academic credentials include a degree from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
