Julia DiConza has diverse experience in design, coaching, real estate, and business operations. As a Design Assistant at Tusk Home + Design in 2021, Julia contributed to design projects, while also serving as an Assistant Coach for CT Grizzlies Club Lacrosse from 2020 to 2023. A Real Estate Development Intern at Silverstein Properties in mid-2024, Julia is currently an Analyst in the Associate Development Program at Lument since June 2025. Additionally, Julia served as a Youth Athlete Mentor at Athlete To Athlete from June 2024 to May 2025, providing guidance on mental health and athletic performance. Julia also gained business insight as a Business Operations Intern at Shibumi between May 2022 and July 2023.
