Matt Herrman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Lument since October 2020, following the merger of Hunt Real Estate Capital with Lancaster Pollard and RED Capital Group, Matt previously held the position of Vice President at Hunt Companies, Inc. from April 2015 to October 2020. Prior to that, at WNC & Associates from June 2010 to April 2015, Matt specialized in underwriting for Low Income Housing projects, developing transaction summaries and pro forma analyses. Matt also held various roles including Acquisition Analyst, Assistant Project Manager, and Analyst, with initial experience as Development Manager at FountainGlen Properties. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed secondary education at Diamond Bar High School.
