Matthew Dougherty is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Assistant Vice President at Lument since April 2020, Matthew previously worked at ORIX Real Estate Capital Holdings as a Financial Analyst from December 2016 to April 2020. Prior to that, Matthew held various financial analyst positions at PolyOne from June 2014 to December 2016, focusing on North America Color and Additives, European and Asian Shared Services, Specialty Engineered Materials, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Matthew began his career with internships at The Timken Company, where roles included Corporate Shared Services Intern and International Marketing and Business Development Intern. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Miami University, earned in 2014.
