Stacy Bowser

Stacy Bowser currently serves as an FHA Asset Manager at Lument, a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Planning Coordinator at Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority from August 2019 to September 2021, and working at Greystone & Co. where roles included Assistant Project Manager specializing in HUD MAP loans and Loan Analyst for FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac portfolios. Additionally, Stacy worked as a Community Economic Development Advisor with the Peace Corps from November 2011 to January 2014, focusing on economic development projects, including partnerships in the shea butter industry. Stacy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Economic Management with a concentration in International Trade and Development from Virginia Tech.
