Tim Hoppin

Tim Hoppin is an experienced professional in the affordable housing finance sector, currently serving as the Director of Affordable Housing at Lument since its formation in October 2020. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director - Affordable Originations at Hunt Mortgage Group since April 2016, focusing on originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA loans for affordable multi-family housing projects. Tim's extensive experience includes positions as VP of Production and VP of Asset Management at Citi Community Capital, as well as roles in acquisitions and underwriting at Baceline Investments, Citi, Capmark Finance, Inc., and GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Tim Hoppin holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver and a BS in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
