Zac Warder

Zac Warder currently holds the position of Vice President, Senior Originations Analyst - Multifamily Housing at Lument since October 2013. Prior to this, Zac was the Assistant Vice President of Accounting at Red Capital Group from October 2004 to October 2013. At Lument, Zac works closely with a senior originator to provide analysis for multifamily housing loans from opportunities to underwriting. At Red Capital Group, Zac was responsible for fund accounting for LIHTC Funds, loan accounting, fixed asset accounting, and various other accounting duties.
