Bruce Mumma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global commodity management, operations program management, and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Commodity Management at Lumentum, Bruce previously held senior roles at Katerra, where responsibilities included managing a $200M indirect spend portfolio and overseeing material procurement processes. Prior positions at Hewlett-Packard encompassed managerial roles focused on strategic development, procurement, and supply chain management, significantly enhancing productivity and cost savings. With a foundational career beginning at Compaq, Bruce has developed expertise in leading large teams, optimizing supply chain operations, and driving organizational efficiencies. Bruce holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance from Our Lady of the Lake University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
