Calvin Yuen

Calvin Yuen has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Calvin began their career as a Law Clerk at Pan Pacific Law Corporation (now Access Law Group) in 1999, followed by positions as a Law Clerk at Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC and Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP (now Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP) in 2000. In 2003, they worked as a Tax Attorney at Deloitte before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Tax Attorney from 2006 to 2009. Calvin then joined Sawyer Law Group as an Intellectual Property Attorney in 2010. From 2011 to 2017, they served as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Huawei Technologies. Currently, they hold the positions of Senior Corporate Counsel and Director of Legal at Lumentum since 2017.

Calvin Yuen has a B.Sc. degree in Biopsychology/Commerce from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Calvin then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Santa Clara University School of Law, completing it from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Intellectual Property from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2009 and 2010. Additionally, Calvin holds certifications with the District of Columbia Bar, State Bar of California, and Washington State Bar.
