Claudia Gomes Muller

Claudia Gomes Muller is an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager with a comprehensive background in managing various HR subsystems, including payroll, labor relations, benefits, recruitment, training and development, organizational development, and internal communication. Currently holding the position of Sr HR Manager at Lumentum since November 2023, Claudia previously served in similar roles at PARAFIX (February 2021 - October 2023) and Amyris (February 2017 - February 2021). Claudia's expertise includes the implementation of performance evaluation models, benefits programs, and leadership development initiatives, as well as participation in organizational restructuring and communication strategies during significant changes such as factory closures. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and has further education from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
