Dehua Xiao

Dehua Xiao has a strong background in the field of R&D process development engineering. From 2014 to the present, they have worked at Lumentum, initially as a Staff R&D Process Development Engineer and currently as an R&D Principal Process Development Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at JDSU Ottawa from 2008 to 2014 as a Senior Product Engineer. Dehua also has experience at JDSU, where they held roles as the Coating Manager, NPI Engineering Manager, and Senior Optical Engineer from 2004 to 2008.

Dehua Xiao received a Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering from Zhejiang University in 1987. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Electro-Optics from Tufts University, which they completed between 1999 and 2001.
