Guy Quantrell

Guy Quantrell is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager and previously as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Lumentum, a leader in optical and photonic products. Prior to joining Lumentum in August 2020, Quantrell worked at WA Consultants for over 16 years as a Principal Technology Consultant and Senior Consultant, focusing on telecom and engineering sectors. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Alexander Mann Solutions, where involvement in talent acquisition services began. Quantrell holds a degree in European Languages and Business from Leeds Beckett University and A Levels in Business Studies, French, and Spanish from Farnham Sixth Form College.
