Jacky Chen

Jacky Chen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and support services across various companies. Currently serving as the IT End User Services Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at Lumentum since December 2018, following the acquisition of Oclaro, where Jacky held the position of IS Infrastructure Manager. Prior experience includes leading global IT helpdesk operations as the IS Infrastructure Team Leader at Bookham and providing IT desktop support as an IS Support Engineer. Early career experience involved delivering IT support at LAWSGROUP, focusing on customer satisfaction through system and network troubleshooting. Jacky holds a degree from Yangtze University.
