Jerry Dou

Jerry Dou has had a successful career in the engineering and quality management field. Jerry started their journey at Bookham Technology in 2005 as a Test Development Engineering Manager and worked there until 2009. Jerry then joined OCLARO as a Test Development Engineering Manager from 2009 to 2011. Jerry joined Jdsu Uniphase in 2011 as a Product Engineering Manager and stayed with the company until 2015. Jerry then moved to Lumentum in 2015 as a Manager Product Engineering, and later served as a Senior Quality Manager from July to August 2020. Jerry's next role at Lumentum was Director Of Quality from September 2020 to February 2021, before taking on their current position as Director Of Engineering in March 2021.

Jerry Dou received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
