Jian Chen

Jian Chen has extensive experience in research and development within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Director of Research Development at Lumentum since July 1993. Key responsibilities include overseeing projects related to telecom pump and passive components integration, managing R&D teams in both the United States and Shenzhen, and leading significant projects like the mini 980nm pump module.
