Luigi Gobbi

Luigi Gobbi has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Luigi started their career as a Package Engineer at Pirelli in 1998 and worked there until 2001. After that, they joined Corning OTI Optical Technologies Italia as a Packaging Design Team Coordinator from 2001 to 2003. Next, they worked at Avanex as a Packaging Technology Manager from 2003 to 2007, and later as a Product Development Manager from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined OCLARO as an Engineering Director and worked there until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of VP Global Components Development at Lumentum since 2022.

Luigi Gobbi attended Università degli Studi di Milano, where they completed a Master's degree in Physics. Luigi also attended Liceo Scientifico, but the degree and field of study are unknown.
