Manuel Muñoz

Manuel Muñoz is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operational Excellence at Lumentum since November 2019, Manuel previously held the role of Director of the Kaizen Promotion Office. Prior experience includes significant positions at Frazer, Ltd. as Continuous Improvement Manager, where Manuel led factory transformations and managed ERP implementations, as well as interim Supply Chain Manager. Earlier roles at Hewlett-Packard involved leading lean operations and functional engineering, while initial experience included IT support at Texas A&M Mays Business School and site management at Perennial Produce. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University.
