Mike D.

Mike D. has over 30 years of work experience in the field of electronics engineering. Mike has held various senior-level roles in companies such as Lumentum, Velodyne Lidar, AB SCIEX, Gedex Inc., Dynacon Inc., Nortel Networks, and the Institute of Simulation Problems in Energetics. Throughout their career, Mike has been involved in designing and developing advanced electronics for a wide range of applications, including lidar systems, mass spectrometers, gravity gradiometer systems, satellite equipment, and industrial measurements. Mike'sexpertise includes circuit design, simulation, characterization, and testing, as well as the selection of components and the development of power supplies and control systems. Mike is experienced in working with technologies such as tunable lasers, APDs, TIAs, SQUIDs, and ADCs.

Mike D. earned a PhD in Components and Devices for Computers and Control Systems from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Institute for Modelling Problems in Energy Engineering, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Operation of airborne radio-electronic equipment from the Kyiv Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers, where they studied from 1982 to 1988. Mike D. also holds a certification in Allegro PCB design from EMA-EDA.
