Nathalie van Galen

Nathalie van Galen, PMP, is an experienced R&D Engineering Program Manager at Lumentum since July 2012, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams in product development and new product introduction programs. Previously, Nathalie served as a Sr. Material Program Manager, overseeing supply chain setup and execution for new product development programs. Earlier roles include Project Manager at a consulting firm and TenXc Wireless, where Nathalie managed various projects and quality systems, and held positions such as Quality Manager and Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager. Nathalie’s career began at Abbott Point of Care, serving as a Sr. Component and Product Engineer and Assembly Process Engineer, and earlier at Fuji Photo Products Company Limited as a Base Paper Engineer. Nathalie holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Eindhoven University of Technology and achieved PMP certification in March 2012.
