Shay O'Reilly

Shay O'Reilly's work experience includes various roles in trade compliance and program management. They first worked at Rainmaker Systems as a Sales Support Analyst and later transitioned to an Inside Sales Representative. They then moved on to West Marine Products, where they served as a Trade Compliance Manager and later as an Export Coordinator. After that, they worked at William-Sonoma Inc as a Customs Compliance Manager, focusing on import processes and classification. They also held the role of Vice President at WIT-NC before becoming the Programs Director. Following that, they worked at Anritsu as a Trade Compliance Analyst, responsible for implementing compliance improvement plans and revamping import processes. Most recently, Shay has worked at Lumentum, initially as a Trade Compliance Specialist and then as a Manager and Director, overseeing global trade compliance operations.

Shay O'Reilly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from San Jose State University between 1996 and 1999. During the same period, Shay also studied Leisure Business and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University. Prior to attending these universities, Shay attended Cabrillo College from 1994 to 1996 and earned an Associate of Science degree in Business. Additionally, Shay has a Customs Brokerage License from US Customs and Border Protection.
