Swapna N. has over a decade of experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Lumentum since 2016. In this role, Swapna manages a diverse team to deliver next-generation networking products, focusing on requirements gathering, resource planning, execution, and customer commitments. Prior to this, Swapna held various positions at BlackBerry, including Senior Firmware Engineer and Systems Software Developer, contributing to significant projects for Android and BB products. Swapna holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from SUNY New Paltz and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
