Vlatko Milinkovic

Vlatko Milinkovic is an experienced Engineering Program Manager currently overseeing product development for Transport PLC products at Lumentum since 2015. Prior to this role, Vlatko served as an Engineering Program Manager at JDSU from May 1999 to 2015, where responsibilities included program management and development of various PLC programs. Vlatko's engineering expertise is further demonstrated through a series of positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer within multiple groups at JDSU, beginning in 2000 with a focus on waveguide development and opto-mechanical design. Earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Officer at the National Research Council from 1997 to 1999. Vlatko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, complemented by education at the University of Zagreb.
