Zheng

Zheng Ma currently holds the position of Staff Manufacturing Process Development Engineer at Lumentum, where responsibilities include sustaining manufacturing and development processes for semiconductor-based optoelectronic products since June 2014. Previously, Zheng Ma served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University from September 2008 to May 2013, where notable achievements include the discovery of unique "serrated" GaN nanowires and a novel doping method for GaMnN nanowires. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant role at Nankai University, focusing on experiments involving luminescence and measurements of high-temperature superconductors. Zheng Ma holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Nankai University.
