Amy Davis

Amy Davis has extensive experience working in the legal field. Amy started their career as a Research Assistant at the American Law Institute-American Bar Association (ALI-ABA) in 2008. Amy then worked as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Catherine D. Perry at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in 2009. In this role, they conducted legal research and analysis and drafted memorandums and opinions.

Amy joined Lumeris in 2010 as a Staff Counsel and later became a Regulatory Counsel. Amy then served as Senior Counsel & Privacy Officer before being promoted to Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Privacy Officer, and Corporate Secretary. In their current role, Amy is responsible for advising on regulatory compliance and risk management issues in the healthcare industry, negotiating commercial transactions, and leading all contracting and legal efforts for Government Program lines of business. Amy also serves as the Privacy Officer, where they have designed and implemented a comprehensive privacy program to enhance patient data protection and ensure legal compliance.

Amy Davis attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2005 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Banking. Amy then attended the Saint Louis University School of Law from 2007 to 2010 and earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2003 to 2005, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, Amy Davis is a member of the Illinois Bar, admitted in 2012, and the Missouri Bar, admitted in 2010.
