Cathy Peterson

Cathy Peterson is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in value-based care and managed care operations. Currently serving as Vice President and National Market Lead at Lumeris since July 2023, Cathy focuses on creating long-term partnerships with health systems and large physician practices to enhance their value-based care capabilities. Prior experience includes founding Peterson Healthcare Consulting, Inc., where strategies for growth and population health were developed over nearly two decades. Additionally, Cathy held the role of Global Head of Innovation at the Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine, leading projects aimed at improving diagnostic quality. Other notable roles include Senior Vice President of Business Development at Legacy Health System and Vice President of Managed Care and Strategy at NeuroSource. Cathy holds a Master of Public Policy in Economics and Operations Research from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from American University.
