Erica Albers has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare and IT industries. Erica currently holds the position of Principal Program Delivery Manager at Lumeris, where they ensure the success of health plan initiatives. Their responsibilities include gaining insight into customer needs and driving the build, validation, and delivery of solutions.

Prior to their current role, Erica worked as a Senior IT Project Manager at New Directions Behavioral Health, where they demonstrated success in managing large and complex healthcare projects. Erica possessed extensive knowledge in managed care IT applications, project and portfolio management systems, claims payment processes, and technical system documentation.

Before that, Erica served as a Senior IT Project Manager at Magellan Health, managing multiple projects in a dynamic healthcare environment. Erica facilitated Agile/Scrum training and coached agile development teams in process ceremonies to implement best practices.

Earlier in their career, Erica worked as a Project and Resource Manager at Unidev, where they led and managed diverse project teams in areas such as E-commerce, mobile commerce, website design, and software development. Additionally, they served as a Product Manager at Express Scripts, where they managed projects from initiation to execution, analyzing data and identifying risk factors to ensure successful project deployment.

Erica's work experience also includes a role as a Product Marketing & Account Manager at Embassy Suites, where they specialized in product marketing and account management.

Throughout their career, Erica has consistently demonstrated their ability to successfully manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and exceed customer expectations.

Erica Albers has a diverse education history. Erica started their education in 2003 at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations in 2007. Erica then continued their studies at Webster University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2014 to 2017. Erica furthered their education at Webster University, pursuing a Sequential Masters Degree in Information Technology from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2020, the ITIL Foundation Level from ITIL 4 in 2019, and the Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute™.
