Jessica Gangler

Jessica Gangler is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare technology and customer success. Currently serving as Sr. Executive of Delivery at Lumeris since June 2022, Jessica oversees data ingestion processes for over 400,000 value-based lives and manages technology platform adoption for more than 700 healthcare providers. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Sr. Director of Implementation & Customer Success at Brainbase, where responsibilities included scaling remote service teams for enterprise SaaS implementations. Jessica's career also encompasses leadership roles at Workforce.com and Intelligent Medical Objects, contributing to onboarding, integration, and project management in HRIS and EHR systems. Academically, Jessica holds a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Carthage College.
