Joe Satorius

Joe serves as Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives & ACO Programs for Lumeris. In this capacity, he oversees comprehensive performance and operational functions related to population health initiatives, provider partnerships, and Direct Contracting (ACO REACH) programs. Joe brings deep expertise in alternative payment models which reward health care providers for delivering high-quality and cost-efficient care and is a sought after speaker and authority on CMMI programs.

Prior to joining Lumeris, Joe managed legal, finance and strategic initiatives as Associate General Counsel of Express Scripts and previously advised in matters of strategic investments, finance, M&A and capital markets with the law firm Skadden Arps in New York. Joe began his career serving with Teach for America (7th and 8th grade math) in Newark, NJ. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bucknell University and a juris doctorate from Fordham University School of Law.
