Max Fletcher

Max Fletcher currently serves as the Director of Partner Operations at Lumeris, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Max was the Senior Director of Collaborative Health Systems at Centene Corporation, overseeing operational and financial performance for Medicare Accountable Care Organization partnerships. Prior experience includes roles at NORC at the University of Chicago, Humana, and Deloitte, focusing on health care strategy, Medicaid, and business development. Further experience encompasses policy analysis at the Office of the Governor of Illinois and the Illinois Department of Insurance, contributing to health care reform efforts related to the Affordable Care Act. Max holds a Master’s Degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy from Northwestern University.
