Rebecca Norfleet

Rebecca Norfleet, PMP, RTE, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rebecca joined Lumeris in 2018 as a Sr. Technical Program Manager/RTE and later became a Principal Portfolio Delivery Manager in March 2022. Prior to Lumeris, Rebecca worked at Scottrade from 2010 to 2018, starting as a Change and Release Analyst and progressing to roles such as Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Analyst at AT&T/Amdocs from 2000 to 2010.

Rebecca Norfleet earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Central Missouri, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Rebecca also has additional certifications including PMP - Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, ICAgile Certified Professional - Foundations of DevOps from ICAgile, and various other certifications related to agile frameworks and ITIL. Their most recent certification is the Release Train Engineer obtained in January 2019 from Scaled Agile, Inc.
