Shiva Chandrasekaran

Shiva Chandrasekaran, MD FACP, currently serves as Chief Medical Officer - Regional Operations at Lumeris since October 2022 and as an Instructor at Thomas Jefferson University, contributing to population health education through course direction and facilitation. Previously, Shiva held roles as Chief Population Health Officer and ACO Executive Director, and Medical Director at Einstein Healthcare Network from June 2017 to July 2022. Prior experience includes Medical Director at Tandigm Health, focusing on risk and population health management, and physician roles in outpatient primary care at Greenhouse Internists. Academic credentials include Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Temple University and participation in the Internal Medicine Residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Shiva earned an MD from the University of Michigan Medical School and a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
